Productinformatie:

AquaForce MG 3.2 x 350 mm 3kg

AquaForce MG, the #1 electrode for underwater welding.

APPLICATIONS
Suitable for underwater welding of standard shipbuilding steel types A, B & D in accordance with the AWS standard D3.6M. This new generation of AquaForce is extremely suitable for welding anodes, plate doubling in ship repairs, closing plates, piles, sheet piling connections, rudder repairs, thickening, etc. Suitable for fresh and salt water up to a depth of 20 meters.

CHARACTERISTICS

CEWELD AquaForce MG offers an exceptionally high deposition performance with significantly better welding properties in all positions and is capable of producing beautiful flat weld beads with deep positive penetration and insensitive to porosity and/or inclusions. Fillet welds with an A-height of 4.0 mm are easy to realize in a single layer due to its high productivity and can be realized in all positions, especially suitable for vertical down (PG) position. The newly designed underwater slug system offers remarkable self-releasing slug and is also double coated to provide maximum resistance to moisture and electrical conduction. Multi-layer welds can be performed without intermediate cleaning. The 500 MPa high tensile strength of AquaForce MG in combination with the beautiful porous-free welds make the electrode the first choice for professional divers.
