This Cowley band saw machine is supplied as standard on a heavy metal base cabinet, equipped with an integrated control panel at the front of the frame.

The user-friendly low-voltage control panel including emergency switch makes operation very simple and safe. In addition, the saw has an adjustable automatic hydraulic lowering valve, which makes it possible to adjust the lowering speed to automatically make controlled cuts.

Thanks to the adjustable five-bearing saw blade guide, this band saw has a high cutting precision.

The low-speed motor guarantees a long service life and can be set to 2 cutting speeds of 40 and 80 m/min.

The cast iron housing ensures high stability and less vibration during sawing. The tension of the saw blade can be adjusted hydraulically using the handwheel and the saw blade pressure can be read on the manometer. This low-noise model is suitable for sawing pipes and profiles made of aluminum, steel and stainless steel.

The band saw is equipped with a built-in electronic cooling system, which ensures that the saw blade remains cooled and the working cycle is longer and cutting precision is higher.

Band saw is equipped with an adjustable material clamp with dual lock quick system.

The band saw has an adjustable cutting angle of 0° - 45° and is adjustable using a locking system integrated in the base cabinet. The sawing machine is equipped with an adjustable material stop as standard for fast and correct sawing.
