Description You can use this pressure reducing valve to reduce the pressure of an acetylene cylinder (14.5 bar at 15 degrees) to a working pressure adjustable between 0 and 1.50 bar. The primary connection is an acetylene bracket (according to NEN 3268). The secondary connection is 3/8"L external with a hose tail for an 8 mm hose (EN 560). The pressure gauges around 63 mm are class 2.5. The valve is not equipped with a side valve. (possible at an additional cost) The blow-off safety is slightly lower. set above 1.5 bar

Remark It is prescribed to have a flame arrester in the system after the acetylene reducing valve. The best-selling flame arrester is art. no. 5001. For other options, look at the flame arresters. The maximum output of an acetylene cylinder is 1000 l/hour. If EIA is taken, acetone will enter the valve and the rest of the system. This causes the system to become contaminated and everything becomes clogged. Other cylinder connections are used abroad. These are available on request.
