CK is a family owned and operated business based in AUBURN since 1967. A family owned and operated business from the beginning, we design and manufacture products in Auburn, Washington. In 1967, Art Kleppen and Jim Conley founded CK Worldwide with the mission to make TIG welding a more efficient process.
They did it by bringing the most modern, high-quality materials to the relatively simple TIG welding torch. The silicone rubber insulated torch heads they first developed lasted longer, provided better protection against current leakage, and survived the inevitable drop much better than the phenolic heads they replaced.
This combined with numerous other industry-changing innovations paved the way for CK Worldwide to take TIG welding into the future and become 'The Standard in TIG Welding'.
