• Always return products complete and in the original packaging.

• If the product is damaged due to your actions, we can no longer take it back

Guarantee

All weldingshop machines come with a minimum 1-year warranty (except used machines). However, some brands provide additional product guarantees.

• 2 year warranty on all OERLIKON, Lincoln welding and cutting machines
• until 5 years warranty on some models of Jasic welding and cutting machines
• PLEASE NOTE: To qualify for a 5-year warranty on Jasic welding and cutting machines, registration with the importer is required. Not all Jasic models are eligible for a 5-year warranty.
• All guarantees provided by Weldingshop are based on exchange for an equivalent product.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a warranty on all our products. You cannot return these products to us.

Excluded from warranty are:

• Electrical components such as the Proma THC
• Printed circuit boards
• Wearing parts, hose packages and cables.
• Gas cylinders
• Damage caused by external disasters that have penetrated the device. This includes: fall damage, impact damage, broken plugs, water damage and all damage of a similar nature.
• Special items ordered for you such as bolts, nuts, nipples, grommets, connection materials with thread or without thread.

We apply different warranty conditions for export or use outside Europe:

All welding and cutting machines or any tool for export or other use outside Europe is excluded from the warranty.

These machines are often connected to unsuitable generators or an unstable power network.

In addition, the machines are used in extreme heat, cold or very high humidity.

These machines are not constructed for these purposes or for long journeys with shocks or impacts.

These conditions may cause the machine to malfunction.

Services

As one of the few internet providers, Weldingshop has a very active role in warranty settlement. In many cases we can solve the problem ourselves. Weldingshop has many printed circuit boards, which means that in many cases we can provide service ourselves.

We determine ourselves, without the intervention of a supplier or manufacturer, whether something falls under the warranty. The advantage for you is that this can save a lot of time and you quickly know where you stand!

There are a number of cases where it is more convenient to send a part, for example, than to send the machines back and forth. This is always done in consultation with each other.
