| Description | This mini coupling is suitable for mounting on a 6 1/4" BSP thread. When disconnecting the hose, both the female and the male are closed by a valve. If a hose often needs to be disconnected from a 1/4" BSP thread it is very easy if a shortcut is built into the system. Primary connection is 1/4" internally flat. The secondary connection is a plug-in sleeve to which a hose will usually be connected. The capacity of this coupling is 280 l/min at 6 bar inlet pressure and a pressure difference of 0.5 bar. An operating pressure of 0 -35 bar and a temperature range of -20 to 100 degrees Celsius make this a coupling that can be used for many applications. For use with oxygen, acetylene and propane, we recommend the Ibeda quick couplings, because the seals of these couplings are not suitable for the above. gases are suitable. These couplings are often used, especially for argon, nitrogen and air. |
