| Description | This mini coupling is suitable for mounting on a 1/4" BSP thread. When disconnecting the hose, both the female and the male are closed off by means of a valve. If a hose often has to be disconnected from a 1/4" BSP thread, it is very easy if a shortcut is built into the system. Primary connection is 1/4" internally flat. The secondary connection is an internal plug-in grommet part to which a hose will usually be connected. The capacity of this coupling is 280 l/min at 6 bar pre-pressure and a pressure difference of 0.5 bar. A working pressure 0-35 bar and a temperature range from -20 to 100 degrees Celsius make this a coupling that can be used for many applications. For use with oxygen, acetylene and propane, we recommend the Ibeda quick couplings, because the seals of these couplings do not work. are suitable for the above gases.
