This Cowley electric tapping arm is used for fast and accurate tapping of different types of materials. The machine can be used both horizontally and vertically. The speed is variable and adjustable, the cooling is nicely incorporated into the housing and the machine has an internal memory for storing multiple programs.

The tapping machine is equipped with a mist spray function, which provides both cooling and lubrication of the tapping process. The system is fully integrated into the crane arm interface and can be switched on and off automatically via the HD touchscreen. As the liquid leaves the nozzle spray surface, it disperses into a fine mist of uniform micron-sized droplets. This cools and lubricates the tapping process for fast and accurate tapping. With the supplied flexible mist spray hose you can spray the oil/air mixture onto the tap at all common angles. The mist spray also extends the lifespan of equipment, saves the environment and ultimately saves costs.
