| Description | This Ibeda quick coupling is suitable for mounting on a pressure reducing valve. The associated insertion grommet (usually 750015) is not provided with a valve. When disconnecting the hose, only the female mounted on the pressure reducing valve is closed. If a hose often needs to be disconnected from a pressure reducing valve, it is very easy if an Ibeda quick coupling is built into the system. Primary connection is a 3/8" BSP union with ball cone. The secondary connection is an insertion grommet part for a gas connection according to Iso.7289, usually for an 8mm hose. The Iso.7289 Ibeda quick couplings are such that the Iso couplings of all brands with are interchangeable. The standard Ibeda Ibeda quick coupling (type 5004) is much cheaper and certainly of comparable quality. However, the standard Ibeda Ibeda quick coupling is not interchangeable with other brands of Ibeda quick couplings 3/8"L connection. American pressure reducing valves often have 9/16"L connections (750004). |
