According to the EN ISO 17672 standard, which only flow satisfactorily at, near or above the liquidus temperature, most phosphor-copper filler metals are liquid enough to allow soldering at a temperature well below the liquidus. It is not recommended to use these filler metals for ferrous metals, nickel alloys or copper alloys containing nickel.

Tips:

After soldering, flux residues are removed by cleaning with very hot water.
