MIG200 IGB
MIG200 IGB
What is so special about this MIG / MAG welding machine?
HIGH FREQUENCY IGBT INVERTER:
The device uses the most modern IGBT transistor technology. This inverter has an efficiency of 85% and supplies a pure DC voltage. MIG welding with a pure DC voltage gives much better welding results, especially in difficult welding positions such as ascending, descending and overhead welding.
ARC FORCE:
The ARC Force setting is used to automatically regulate the voltage-current ratio during welding, depending on the distance between the welding wire and the workpiece. In the standard setting, a low setting produces a soft arc. A high setting produces a very hard and hot welding arc that burns deep into the workpiece.
DIGITAL AMPERE NOTE:
Unlike MMA welding machines that work with a constant power supply, a MIG machine works with a constant (adjustable) voltage. This means that the welding current in welding is extremely variable. This is exactly what the current digital ammeter indicates.
DIGITAL VOLTAGE DISPLAY:
This indication indicates the welding voltage. The voltage is stored in the welding machine and kept constant during welding. The device controls the amperage and wire feed to ensure constant voltage and evenness.
THREAD REEL:
A wire roll with a diameter of 200 or 300 mm can be used in the welding machine (5-15 kg)
MIG HOSE PACKAGE:
A Mig torch with a Euro connector is supplied as standard.
