Q-Cut Pipe

Q-Cut Pipe is a very compact pipe cutting machine weighing approximately 8.5 kilos for irregular use and use in the field. The Q-CUT Pipe is secured to the pipe with a sturdy chain that also acts as a guide to move the machine along the circumference of the pipe. With the Q-Cut Pipe, the chain runs over the sprocket. By turning the crank by hand, the machine moves around the pipe. The chain supplied as standard is suitable for pipe diameters up to 600 mm. The minimum cutting diameter is 100 mm. To increase capacity, additional chain is available that can be mounted in any length. You can machine pipes to a virtually unlimited diameter by simply adding a suitable length of chain. To prepare a Q-CUT Pipe for use, open the chain links and add or remove links until you reach approximately the desired length then feed the chain through the gearbox and reassemble. Then tighten the chain with a tensioner. The Q-Cut Pipe has a 3-hose burner manifold that is well away from the heat of the burner. The burner works with standard cutting nozzles. Don't forget to specify the type of gas.
