Saw tape 3770 x 34 x 1.1mm coarse 4/6
band saw / band saw This bimetallic band saw consists of an alloyed, refined strip steel to which a strip of highly alloyed HSS cobalt molybdenum steel is welded by means of an electron beam. The teeth are milled in this, after which the saw is hardened to 67 - 69 HRC. The band saw can be used on ferrous and non-ferrous materials, with each bimetallic quality having its own specific area of application. M42 bimetal band saw: Due to the high hardness of the edges, 67 - 69 HRC, longer tool life can be achieved and higher cutting speeds can be used. Including for stainless steel steel and materials with a tensile strength up to 1400 N/mm². Technical specifications: Width x thickness = 34 x 1.1mm 6/10 M42
